These days I have been researching for serveing the public relations in our business.  The public relations bring everythings to our business.

I think that public relations are important in small and large business, is the art of managing communication and public to provide, manage and maintain their positive image of your proyect.

Tools to achieve this through the organization of events,lobbying, corporate social responsability plans and relationships with the media.

Public relations can provide several benefits. Promotion of good credibility and gives more exposure to your business and can even result in direct sales through interviews with the media or speaking at conferences and cultivating a reputation eventrations online.

Innovation is a source of competitive advantage, the future of our current proyect will depend in part on our ability to innovate, to be creative,  know that audience prefer.

Innovation is  a broad term, innovate can be innovate in technology, processes, strategies, services in your company.

At present tastes and preferences changing so fast that we must be in continuos innovation. We should continue to develop new concepts and ideas for our proyect or our company successfully.

We live in a world of rush, but sometimes we must stop and think how we can improve.

Strategies of fidelizacion customer . In a globalized world so as the current one where the same product in several stores there as getting customers. I think the real value of an enterprise is people, service and treatment offered to the customer.

At the end si to avoid the formula recognized by the experts that a satisfed customer is transmitted up to three people, but an unhappy announced their displeasure over a 9 persons.

There are strategies loyalty marketing concept can be  for example: via email, I was remenber that I was in a nice restaurant and the owners each time they make an event or special meal  they will communicate to your customers with a nice and close email. It is a loyalty strategy.

There are different strategies ej: through the discount coupons, gifts, magazines, consumer loyalty card etc…

How are you? With my first coffee in the morning I want to expose my great admiration for small businesses from the constant fighting and the great work they do. They face huge amounts of work.

They have many challenges due to fierce competition, are usually driven by one person who must take all decisions on all aspects inside and outside of  it.

But the small entrepreneur must realize that the company require innovation, the changes we need to catch up. The company policies are changing constantly in relation to new market trends and tastes.

A renew plan can help to improve the business, the most important thing is to find strategies to stay awake and keep your business afloat.

How are you today? With my first coffee of the morning was thinking on the mix marketing plan, for all those going to undertake.

As we know the mix marketing plan is a series of actions in four key areas of the enterprise : Product, price, promotion and distribution: must interact with each other which aim to facilitate the company to get business objects within a given time.

Analyze the marketing strategies that will allow you to decide what, how, when and where to develop its strategys. The 99% of the information is on the Web

Before taking decisions should put in order the ideas. Points to consider: accessibility to the market, considering the risks, sources of information, differentiation of competition etc.
