The book “Half the Sky” about women around the world
Good Morning entrepreneurs,
I want to dedicate my post today to speak about the fabulous book of “Half the Sky“, in which the winners of the Pulitzer Nicholas D.Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn, offer a poignant journey through Asia and Africa through the story of women who are changing the world after have been victims of violations of their rights.
Three of these women are from Ashoka . This organization is leading a profound transformation in society.
Women hold up half the sky is a Chinese proverb, however, is above all an aspiration : In much of the world, the girls are uneducated and marginalized, and it is no coincidence that those same countries is where there is the poverty disproportionately and chaos.

With the aim that African entrepreneurs have their own businesses with the development of small hotels in areas that already have a certain flow of tourists, places where people have shown willingness to travel.
Small hotels could generate jobs and wealth for the community.

In countries with low income levels there are almost as many womens as men entrepreneurs.

The motivation for women entrepreneurs varies widely depending on whether we are talking about countries the main motivation for starting a business is usually “opportunity” in underdeveloped countries often “need”.
For the women who works and knows a work environment is easier to be decide to make a business and undertake.

Self employment is a real departure for many women, have an idea, develop it, will be a big help for you.
There are possibilities like microcredits and supports for viables and concrets proyects. The formulas for self-employment and business start-up are revealed as an effective alternative and a career of the future for women.
It is a formule for full integration into the labor market . Also, the choisi of life, beacuse being enterprising and entrepreneurial supposed to be the protagonist of our own future and life proyect.
We need to encourage countries in the entrepreneurial culture and the integration of women into employment.

Enterprising Women
With my first coffee of the morning was reflecting on some aspects the incorporation of women into the world of business.
The women of the world are very active in the business world. According to a study by the Center for Women’s Leadership Babson College in the United States, women account for 93% of world GDP.
The differents areas of the world shows that most entrepreneurial area is Latin America and the Caribbean,as well as the concept of business increasingly linked to work rather than having to have training or not.
Entrepreneurial activitiy was higher in middle-income countries, where women contribute significantly to economic growth.
In a global women entrepreneurs in rich countries are more likely to get your business afloat than those who lived in countries with fewer resources.
The entrepreneurs women of middle- low income countries have fewer opportunities than men that their business is maintained over time.
