Good Morning friends,

With my first coffee in the morning …

I was in a business advisory chat the  other day in which he analyzes the mistakes of entrepreneurs.

As entrepreneurial mistakes that we must take into account  for have less risk of failure.

  • To assume the viability of the business– as entrepreneurs tend to think that ours is the best but it will benefit for the customers.
  • How to see the future of our customers product, understands our explanations, we use language well, arguments etc..
  • The lack of planning dedicate a few hours a month to plan ahead, look at the external environment, changes that are happening etc..
  • The market segments are divided by knowing who we are heading
  • Make a good plan for feasibility and watch the cash.

Good Morning friends,

How are you? With my first coffee in the morning I want to expose my great admiration for small businesses from the constant fighting and the great work they do. They face huge amounts of work.

They have many challenges due to fierce competition, are usually driven by one person who must take all decisions on all aspects inside and outside of  it.

But the small entrepreneur must realize that the company require innovation, the changes we need to catch up. The company policies are changing constantly in relation to new market trends and tastes.

A renew plan can help to improve the business, the most important thing is to find strategies to stay awake and keep your business afloat.

The innovation is part of successful small business

Why we fell in love of some products and not others?

Good Morning friends,

How are you? With my first coffee of the morning  I was thinking about because there are products are more successful than others, because we feel in love some products and others non .

For innovative, for exclusive, by vagaries of the market and so on.. there are many reasons and secrets by which a product falls to the public, but almost always behind a good dose of innovation and excellent communication campaign.

Thinking about the launch date, sales, carry out the strategy and launch of this communication is very important , find the message we want to convey , understand the markets and consumers.

The sensory atraction in the products is different of each other, much depends on the percepcion of the senses , the physical attractiveness of the product especially in the beginning.

The successs of a product depends on the attraction we feel to know.

Strategies for products that we can not sell

leave a comment »

Good Morning friends,

How are you? I was talking coffee and I was remembering   that we do with all those products that do not sell we are becoming a weekly basis and there is not way to sell.

For some reason we do not know , there are products we sell in a very quick on the market have a high demand, but there are other products that are doomed to our store or warehouse.

Different strategies are used in the market to get rid of these products. (sell abroad, exposing them at the flea market at very low prices hung on the poster for promotions or sales, as balances via the Internet or via the format of “outlet”) . To avoid this it is best to do a proper management of stock and make a good planning.

“Find a strategy to sell those products unmarketable”

Best regards,

Mireya
