There is an interesting fact I have read this morning , the increased investement in online media by 48% in Chile, according to the Interactive Adversiting Boreau.
By 2009 the Chilean government announced the increase 27% in public investment for innovation projects.
With regards to foreign investment has become, along with exports ,one of the main pillars of the Chilean economy. Chile is a model and pioneer for the rest of the nations of the Americas in the development of a policy of attracting investments.
Among its salient features clear and stable legal mecanismos . In general, the rules are characterized by equal treatment in local and foreign , free access to almost all economic sectors, with some exceptions and minimal state intervention in the activity of investors.

Have your ever thought of investing in China? They do not know what they are lost . Some say that the black continent is the future of China …
Somalia, Ethiopia, Rwanda famines, civil wars, humanitarian disasters, coups d’etat …for decades, there were the images of Africa for export… We can not surprising that Western investors have avoided putting their capital in risky destination.
But something seems to be changing, we must contrast the myths with reality to know what is truth in all this .
There is a conference was organized by the Wharton School of Business entitled Wharton – Unveiling the Value Demystifying the Risk , it was very interesting confrontation treated the myths of the African reality to see what’s true in all these mental images that the West was formed on lands of Kofi Annan, Nelson Mandela .
For decades the African continent has been far from the international area, but new winds blowing to the African continent …smell business opportunities are no longer alone in the holdings of natural resources, is now also the technology.

How are you? During the earlier years of business in Africa have been developing very slowly,despite the large amount of resources available to the continent.
Africa depended largely on these natural resources, currently is producing change of mentality with the development of private investors and entrepreneurs, capable of tranforming the continent improve economic opportunities and social.
Africa is rich with oil,diamonds,gas etc.. Transform this wealth should be well on transparency in institutions of the countries, in the training and preparation of individuals as well as in innovation.

According with the study performed by Doing Business ,study based on the classification of countries in reforms to improve the creation of enterprises through on 10 indicators on business regulations. Analyze the time and expense that is used to meet the requierements established by the government for the setting up of a company, its operations, its market activity, their taxation and its closure.
The report stresses that the return on equity is greater in countries undergoing reforms. Investors are looking for growth potential and we are in the developing economies,big emerging markets are reforming with acceleration. China,Egypt,India,Indonesia,Turkey and Vietnam have made progress in the ease of doing business.
Leaders in Africa are Ghana and Kenya, while reforms in other countries in the region have been produced in an enequal way. Highlight Mauritius,Madagascar and Mozambique. In Latin America highlights Colombia as an important reformer of positive changes for improving the system of doing business,followed by Guatemala,Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
